No residential contracts. If
you are not happy with us, you should not be bound by a
contract.

Payment for residential due upon completion of
services. Payment for commercial is due within 15 days of
billing.

24 hour notice for temporary cancellation. If
you are leaving town or need to cancel for any other reason
please give us 24 hours notice. A $25 fee will be charged for
late cancellation.

100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
satisfied we will return within 24 hours to correct the
problem. These problems must be reported within 24 hours of
cleaning. We do not however offer refunds if you correct the
problem before we return.

Please secure your pets if they are a threat
to our personnel. If our employee feels threatened by a pet,
they will leave and you will be charged.

We work hard to attain good quality employees
and clients. If you directly employ one of our employees, you
will be charged a $1000 referral fee and you agree to pay said
fee.

Safety of our employees is a high priority.
If they do not feel comfortable, they will leave and you will be
charged. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
