What if
I am unhappy with the cleaning or something was missed?
Cox Cleaning takes pride in the work they provide. If you’re ever
unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, call us with in 24hrs and we will
gladly return the next day and re-clean the area free of charge. If the
item is something you would like for us to do differently on the next
visit please contact our office so that we can communicate the
instructions to your cleaning associate for the your next cleaning. We
do appreciate any and all feedback on your cleanings.
Do I
have to be home for the cleaning?
No. If you are home for the cleaning we usually
ask where you would like for us to start and go from there. Many
customers supply us with a key to their home or give us a garage code.
All keys checked out in the morning and checked in after the cleaning
and secured in locked area.
Is there anything I
need to do before the cleaning?
In order to give you the
greatest value, we ask you to take a minute to pick up extraneous
clothing or toys and household items. Try to de-clutter surface areas
so that we are able to clean and vacuum it properly.
Do
I need to provide house cleaning equipment and products?
No. We provide all of the cleaning supplies and
equipment. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to
use, just let us know and we will be happy to use your. Please be sure
to discuss this with the manager in advance, so that they can properly
instruct the cleaning crew
How
much will it cost to clean my home?
Every
home is unique. We base your exact price on many factors including sq
ft. Oaf the home, pets, clutter, floor types, as well as, the number of
people who live there and what areas to be cleaned. Call us today at
972-355-5100 for a free sight unseen estimate and schedule a appointment
so that we can meet with you to give an exact price to clean your
home. This is free of charge. The appointment usually takes about
20mins. We tour your home and get your specifics and we give you our
specifics of what will be cleaned in every room and customize a cleaning
to your needs.
Will
you come on the same day and at the same time for each clean?
While
we can commit to a specific day, Cox Cleaning has a 1-hour
arrival window. We will give you an estimated time of arrive when your
first schedule your cleaning. If your cleaning team is running late due
to unforeseen conditions, a representative will call you to let you know
of their estimated time of arrival.
Will the same maid come
each time?
We prefer to have the same cleaning associate come
every time. This allows the cleaning associate to become aware of your
house and your items in order to clean effectively. Occasionally, due
to illness or vacations, an alternate Cox Cleaning associated will be
substituted.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning? We are Pet Friendly
people.
We would like to know the names of your pets for reference during the
cleaning. If you pet doesn’t react will in front of strangers we do
request that you secure them for the safety of the staff. For
sanitary and safety reasons our teams are not permitted
to clean up or pick up animal excrement.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Unforeseen items do happen but if you know ahead please call the office
within 48 hours or e-mail us at
CoxCleaning.com
for all cancellations. There will be $25 fee for over-the-phone
cancellations occurring within 48 hours of the scheduled service and a
$50 cancellation fee for at-the-door cancellations. These fees cover for
lost time and our employee wages.

Can I trust the Maids?
Absolutely. All of our staff are employs with Cox Cleaning and have
been background checked. If we don’t trust them cleaning our own
personal home they're not going to clean yours.
Does Cox Cleaning carry insurance?
Yes. All of our staff is covered by our limited liability insurance.
This protects any damage to your home or property that is caused by one
of our employs.
Are contacts required on residential cleaning?
No. We want you to feel comfortable that you can cancel at any time per
our cancellation policy.
How do I pay for the cleaning service?
Payment is due at time of service. If payment is not received on the
day of cleaning a $10 fee will be added to their cleaning. In addition
to this, late fees will accrue on balances per month for balances as
follow: $100 and under $20 fee add and over $101 will be added an
extra $45. We do accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover Card. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
What is something is broken?
Cox cleaning takes the utmost care in cleaning your home. We do ask if
there are any fragile items or antiques or other valuables that you do
not want cleaned please advise the office manager. However if there
happens to be a mishap by our staff, we will take responsibility for the
damaged item either through replacement of the item or reimbursement.
Our staff will notify the office managers immediately of any mishap who
will let you know.
What other service do you provide?
We not only provide house cleaning but commercial cleaning as well. We
also provide carpet cleaning and window cleaning. If interested please

Are gratuities accepted?
While not required, our cleaning associates accept gratuities.
